Members Club Annual General Meeting 2025

Sunday 18 May 2025 at 7pm in the Members’ bar.

We’re pleased to announce the South London Theatre Centre Members’ Club (Bar) Annual General Meeting.

All SLT members are automatically members of the Members’ Club, so this is the annual opportunity for members to have their say on everything bar and social related and even get involved.

All Members’ Club committee posts for election are genuinely open to competition and we truly welcome lots of nominations for these important roles:

• Chair
• Deputy Chair
• Treasurer
• Bar Manager
• Social Secretary
• Members’ Club Secretary
• Volunteer and Training Manager
• Plus up to ten additional Members positions

If you are interested in one of the roles and want to find out more, Adam Crook (barcomchair@southlondontheatre.co.uk) will be happy to talk you through what the roles entail. More information will also be available on the Members’ Club AGM page.

The meeting will be held in person. Whilst we would wish as many members as possible to attend, those unable to may submit a proxy form so that your vote still counts. Links to these will appear on the Members’ Club AGM page.

You may also submit any resolutions that you wish to be considered via the Members’ Club AGM page. These will also be published in advance of the meeting, on the SLT website.
