Good Ship Comedy sails soon!

I’m really excited for our first Good Ship Comedy show of 2025 at the SLT. They’re always terrific fun and I love it when the comics we’ve booked discover what a gem of a gig.

Top of the bill is the comedy pocket rocket Laura Lexx. She is an award-winning compere, star of Live at the Apollo and twice published author (one cracking novel and one book lusting after the perfect man: Jurgen Klopp!) Born and bred in Somerset, Laura’s comfy demeanour, warmth and energy delightfully juxtapose her biting wit, sharp tongue and brutal audience take downs, which just can’t stop going viral.

She’s supported by two other gems: Anuvab Pal – India’s funniest man who has appeared on Andy Zaltzman’s The Bugle and The News Quiz – and Joe Wells, a tremendously playful comic who has supported Frankie Boyle on tour. Imagine Mark Thomas for the millennial generation if he playfully weaponised his autism in the name of social justice….

It’s gonna be a great start to the comedy year, so come join us!
