Lambeth grant success

We are delighted to announce that SLT has been awarded a grant to help with upgrading our beloved SLT Old Fire Station. The RE:Purpose grant is from the UK government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund, in partnership with Lambeth Council and the Greater London Authority.

Our plan is to commission specialist cleaning of our Grade II listed external façade, which is suffering from years of facing a busy road; install secondary glazing in two 1st floor rehearsal rooms that are also used by community groups; and secondary glazing on the interior of one set of main doors in the foyer that are not used as an entrance. All of which should help in keeping some of the cold – and noise – out!
